Dr. William H Bird

Dr. Bird has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He has been a senior executive and CEO of several successful, publicly-traded companies, including Rare Element Resources. He obtained his PhD in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines, and has served in numerous consulting, executive and teaching capacities
David Beling
David Beling is a graduate of the University of Arizona and a Registered Professional Mining Engineer. Mr. Beling has examined or been involved with 200 mines and 158 mineral processing plants worldwide. His career includes engineering, management and executive positions with several junior and major companies, including Phelps Dodge, Union Oil, Westinghouse, United Technologies and Fluor Corp. He is Executive Vice President & COO of Geovic, Ltd. with responsibilities to develop what will be the world's largest primary cobalt project in Cameroon, Africa.
