BEIJING(Metal-Pages) 08-Jul-10 China has just allocated the second batch of export quotas for rare earths in 2010. The second batch of quotas total 7,976 tonnes, representing a sharp decrease of about 51% compared to the quotas of 16,304 tonnes seen for the first batch in 2010, and also down about 51% from 16,267 tonnes for the second batch in 2009.
