MARKET INFORMATION
Our common shares began trading on the TSX-V in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on November 15, 1999 under the
former name Spartacus Capital Ltd. under the symbol “SCI.” The Company graduated to the TSX on May 27, 2011,
and the current stock symbol on the TSX is “RES.” Our common shares also have been trading, since August 18,
2010, on the NYSE MKT under the symbol “REE.”
